We invite you to stay in our large family apartment, which is the integral part of the detached house with a garden. It is situated in lovely rural and quiet location only 5 km from the tourist town of Tulln an der Donau. Please note that this 70m2 apartment is in a basement of the house with a downwards staircase and a basement type windows. The upper part of the house is occupied by the owners - a professional retired couple who live here with their 13 outdoor cats and a friendly female dog (Terrier Jagdhund). We can accommodate 1-4 people and families with kids. Also, our guests' friendly pets are allowed by earlier request and are free of charge (however, if more than 2 pets, we may charge 2,50E small fee for every extra pet per day). There is a garden sitting area for guests comfortable for smoking and additional area with a larger table and chairs for outdoor eating (summer months). Our delicious freshly prepared breakfast is available at earlier request and costs 13 Euros per person for continental breakfast (incl. cereal, bread rolls, butter, jam, cheese selection, cold meats, cake, fruit yoghurt, milk, fruit juice, fresh coffee or tea) or 13 Euros per person for hot breakfast (incl. hot eggs (choice of boiled, fried, scramble, poached or omelet), sausages, fried tomatoes or baked beans, garnish salad, bread rolls, butter, jam, fruit juice, fresh coffee or tea). Children options - 10 Euros. Vegan, gluten free & fruit options available on request. In the summer and if nice weather breakfast is served by us in the garden on the table under the pine tree, otherwise is self served in the apartment. Please let us know at least one day before ordering your breakfast day. Also, please note that Sat TV offer is limited but limitless internet wifi is available. We are a professional and active, even though now officially retired, Polish - English couple who enjoy living and running our rental business in this lovely, quiet Austrian countryside, round the corner from the busy tourist town of Tulln. My husband was formerly a regional advertising director for a global American advertising agency and has now reinvented himself as a screen and book writer whereas I am running my own e-commerce on-line shop selling CBD oil and running this booking apartment for our guests. It is always an interesting experience for us to meet new people who choose to stay in our family apartment while passing by. We accommodate all sorts of travellers whether on business or private visit in the Tulln area. We are big fans of animals and nature so your lovely pets are also most welcome to come to stay with you (but please let us know earlier if you are bringing one so we can make some arrangements). The location is very quiet, on a street with only 3 occupied houses and leading directly to the country walks through the fields and local villages. A very comfortable place for walking your dog (or a cat). As only 5 km from the beautiful town of Tulln an der Donau, it is a convenient stay for people travelling to or from the Alps skiing and hiking, as well as for those touring the Danube or visiting town exhibitions (Tulln Messe) or just for walks, bike rides and site seeing. There is a bike track going through local fields all the way to Tulln and Vienna. For going to Vienna by train, there is a fast train line from Tullnerfeld train station (P&R) (7 min by car from the property) directly to the centre of Vienna main train stations (Westbanhof, HBF, Meidling) and to Vienna Airport (Flughafen Wien). The train ticket (13 Euros) includes the inner zone for using public transport in Vienna (only one trip in one direction). The alternative is to drive by car to Hütteldorf in Vienna P&R parking (30 min drive) and take the metro (U-Bahn) from there, which is a cheaper solution for families as avoids paying intercity train tickets. There is also infrequent bus line from our village going directly to Tullnerfeld train station, Tulln and other places around. When needed, we can also arrange a private transfer to/from the centre of Tulln or the train stations in Tulln or Tullnerfeld for 7 Euros one way (local taxi is about 20 Euros one way) if available and requested earlier.
