The beds were so comfortable. We were able to sleep really well during our stay. Amazing breakfast spread and very accommodating hotel staff.

The room was so spacious. Lighting is adequate. It's 3 minutes away from West Bahnhof station and a lot of stores, markets. Price is justified.

It has everything you need and the staff is exceptionally friendly, they were able to accommodate all our needs

The hotel was brand new as advertised and felt very clean and elegant, especially for that price. They let us check in early and the 12 pm checkout is wonderful! The staff was super friendly and helpful and seemed excited to be opening and showing everyone a good time. The bed was very comfy and we stayed on the top floor and enjoyed the huge skylight. We'd absolutely stay again!

A fantastic hotel. I've been traveling to Vienna for more than 30 years, and the MOTTO is the by far the best hotel I've stayed in. The rooms are gorgeous, the beds are comfortable, and the walk-in shower might be my favourite ever. The location is also great, right next to the Metro and an easy walk to almost everything. The rooftop bar is also excellent -- quite reasonably priced for what it is.

Place was nice and staff were great and friendly

Rich breakfast, plenty of choice, everything is organic food. You can breakfast outdoor (small open-air terrace in the courtyard). Staff extremely polite. Mid-size grocery shop in front of the hotel (closed on Sundays). Very spacious hotel rooms. Parking in the street in front of the hotel is free of charge on weekends. Underground is not far, just a few streets away.

Wonderful location right across from train station and close to underground. Staff was great and breakfast was very tasty with a good selection.

The location is great with only a few minutes walk to the main subway U3. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and it was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was fantastic.

The lobby and lounge are beautifully decorated, the bar is great and breakfast was very good. The rooms are on the small side but furnished with everything we might need. We felt that the hotel could easily be considered a 4 star, instead of 3.

Very good location. The hotel is located near to West Bahnhof so you can go where ever you want from there. Also the Ubahn transport is perfect in Wienna.
