Our privately managed, cozy one-room terraced house is nestled between the Leitha Mountains and Lake Neusiedl in a beautiful park setting, offering space for up to 3 people. The 55m² property is divided into an anteroom, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a spacious, air-conditioned living-dining-sleeping area. It is furnished with a double bed, a sofa bed, and a fully equipped fitted kitchen, including a stocked coffee machine. This space is expanded by a light-flooded conservatory, which serves as an additional living room with a dining area. It is south-west facing, allowing you to enjoy the evening sun and the magnificent view of the expansive garden area. Likewise, you can enjoy the sunshine on the private terrace and end the day comfortably on the sun loungers. A free parking space is available nearby. Also included is the free Burgenland Card. With this card, you receive free or reduced admission to all lake resorts, museums, and exhibitions in Burgenland. Important note: Dogs are warmly welcome in Apartment GardenView. However, they must be kept on a leash in the outdoor area, as the property is not fenced.

Directly behind the village, the Leitha Mountains begin with beautiful hiking and cycling trails. A stroll through the historic cellar alley (Kellergasse) of Breitenbrunn is a must for wine lovers. The Perfect Starting Point: Thanks to the brilliant location, you can reach an incredible variety of destinations in less than a 50-minute drive: Stroll through the metropolises of Vienna, Bratislava, or Sopron. Visit cultural highlights like Esterházy Palace in Eisenstadt, the historic old town of Rust, the Roman quarry in St. Margarethen, or the Lake Festival in Mörbisch.
