Here you will find an open-plan kitchen and living area as well as a large garden with terrace. A folding bed in the living room offers additional sleeping space. The flat is beautifully furnished and flooded with light. The entire building has a car park as well as a ski and bike room.

The holiday resort of Brand offers countless leisure activities all year round: In summer, there is an extensive hiking network with routes of all levels of difficulty. Mountain peaks with breathtaking views provide you with alpine experiences of a special kind. There is also an 18-hole golf course, 2 riding stables, an archery course, free outdoor clay tennis courts, indoor tennis courts, a free swimming lake, a climbing garden for young and old, guided hikes, the first and sometimes only bike park in Vorarlberg with fun sports equipment, countless alpine huts and refuges as well as the Lünersee lake, which is a nature reserve. In winter, Brand offers everything a modern winter sports resort has to offer: a family-friendly ski area with pistes of all levels of difficulty, cross-country ski trails, toboggan runs, winter hiking trails, ski schools, sports schools and a varied leisure programme.
