Nestled along a quiet country lane, our house offers the perfect starting point for countless hikes—year-round—in the heart of the Tiroler Lech Nature Park. Relax amidst stunning natural surroundings and take in the breathtaking mountain panorama. Located at the foot of the Arlberg, our home in Steeg is the ideal base for exploring the spectacular Arlberg ski region, which can be reached by bus in just 10 minutes. With 305 km of groomed slopes, 200 km of off-piste routes, and 87 lifts and cable cars ranging from 1,300 to 2,800 meters above sea level, the ski area of Warth/Lech/Zürs/St. Anton is Austria’s largest interconnected ski resort. The Arlberg is also known as the birthplace of alpine skiing. Cross-country skiers can strap on their skis right outside the front door and glide through the beautiful Lech Valley, enjoying the serene winter landscape at their own pace.
