Historic Flat & Private Courtyard is a quiet ground-floor apartment in a protected old-town house at Haydngasse 3. The flat is simple, calm and home-like, with thick historic walls and a rare private enclosed courtyard for breakfast, dinner or a quiet evening outside. It is designed for two guests and includes a double bed, kitchenette, washing machine, hair dryer and workspace. A portable Wi-Fi router can be provided on request, so guests who need internet should tell us before arrival.
We host with a practical, personal style: clear arrival guidance, quick communication and honest information about the apartment and the neighbourhood. Our aim is to make the stay easy, quiet and well prepared.
The apartment is in the old centre of Bruck an der Leitha, close to cafes, shops and local sights. The train station is about a 10-minute walk away, with direct connections toward Vienna and Bratislava. Parndorf Designer Outlet is one train stop away; Vienna Airport, Carnuntum, Schloss Petronell and the wine region are easy to reach. Street parking near the house is paid during daytime hours; a free public option is usually available about 50 m away and we send guidance before arrival.
