Single room with sink, hardwood floor. A bathroom with shower/WC. Free Wi-Fi and parking directly at the house. Summer: Hiking & cycling - many hiking trails and tours are available. For children there is much exciting to discover (the Witch Water in Söll, Ellmi's Magic World in Ellmau, and much more.) Golf courses Relaxation: The public outdoor swimming pool is a 5-minute walk from us, and our large garden invites you to relax. Winter: skiing & snowboarding: The ski bus stop is right next to our house. 5-8 minutes by car to the Salvista lift "SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental" Cross-country skiing: A cross-country ski trail is within walking distance. Winter hiking: Enjoy fresh air and a wonderful panorama. Ski storage: A heated room for your ski shoes provides comfort.
