63 m² consists of 1 single bedroom, 1 bedroom with double bed and bunk bed, 1 bathroom with shower / WC, bidet, Make-up mirror, hair dryer. The living room with cozy tiled stove and oven bench and satellite TV accommodates on the box spring couch 2 more people. The fully equipped kitchen with dining area, stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge leaves nothing to be desired. There is also a furnished south-facing terrace with barbecue facilities and views of the Ötztal mountains.

We, the Gartner family, born in Germany but have been in Tyrol for about 15 years and are the proud parents of our daughter Lia-Marie and Sohnemann Luis. As well as our Labrador Broudy. Through our profession as a chef and restaurant expert, we moved to the beautiful Tyrol which we settled down then. Also, our spare time is not too short and we prefer to be outside in our beautiful nature. We have enough to choose from, whether hiking, cycling, skiing, tobogganing, swimming, and much more. we never get bored. Our house Marieus in a sunny, quiet location is ideal for families with children and smaller groups (max 7 people). In summer, your children play with our little ones in the garden, while you relax on the beautiful terrace with barbecue area. Shops in the immediate area. In a few kilometers Ötzi-Dorf, Greifvogelpark and the bathing lake Umhausen invite to discover. In winter, the top ski resort Sölden (22 km) and the cross-country trails of Niederthai (7 km) lure to an extensive snow experience.
