Our house "Sieben Zwerge" - 4 Edelweiss: ... ... is situated in a quiet street with a fantastic view of the mountain panorama and over the valley basin. Directly behind the house is the Wetterstein massif with the Zugspitze. The Zugspitze station is clearly visible from the terrace. The house was completely renovated in 2020/2021. New furniture, new ambience. The flats each have two modern and cosy bedrooms with new comfort mattresses. Each flat has a wellness bathroom with wellness shower. Each flat has its own private sauna. Wood and stone with cosy furniture and interior leave nothing to be desired. The all-wood kitchens are fully equipped with dishwasher and lots of inventory. Cooking is fun even on holiday and you are completely independent, especially during these times. An extra WC and a storage room round off the comfort. On the ground floor, a beautiful fireplace awaits you for cosy hours by the fire. On the upper floor an ambience fire. Whether you are a couple, friends or family, here you will find a little luxury paired with a lot of cosiness in spacious flats. We are just 10 km from the German border and 25 from Garmisch Partenkirchen - away from the touristy, beaten paths. Spend hours hiking, biking, golfing, 'shrooming or swimming in lakes with spring water and in winter skiing, snowboarding, Xcountry, snowshoeing, sledding and apres-skiing. A favorite Restaurant, Holzerstub'n is 1.1 km and a 14 Min. walk. That is where you will find other Restaurants such as Hotel Sonnenspitze, Al Castagno, Bettina's Mooswirt, Romantikhotel Spielmann. Of course you can order a pizza or pickup turkish fast food. Another one that we like is at the Golfcourse (9holes) called Golfino. Full service restaurant - not a clubhouse bistro type. That is 1.6 km and a 21 Min. walk (thank you (website hidden)). There are 2 (!) Supermarkets. Sparmarkt in town center and a larger one at the other end of town M-Preis. For a pub type place, there is Anton's in town center. If hiking, there are numerous nice alm restaurants during the day. And each and everyone of these places offers best quality beers. What else would you expect? Holzerstubn has the best selection of wines.
