Chatel Reizen is a Dutch travel provider with over 30 years of experience specializing in the catered chalet concept, where you are taken care of by our Dutch-speaking chalet staff, who also speak English and German. The foundation of our various destinations is a large, charming chalet, located either directly on or within walking distance of the slopes in a large, snow-sure ski area. Each chalet features a cozy communal space: the Stube. This is the central gathering point for guests. In the morning, a delicious breakfast is served here, and after skiing, you can enjoy tea or even a warm glass of Glühwein. In the evening, after dinner, the Stube is the perfect place to socialize or play a game, perhaps with a cup of coffee. Each chalet is staffed by one or two carefully selected Dutch chalet hosts or hostesses. In addition to quietly managing the chalet's housekeeping and providing an extensive breakfast, afternoon tea, and coffee after dinner, they also serve as your hosts and go-to persons for any questions you may have.

Haus Thomas can accommodate up to 25 guests. There are two booking options for the chalet: you can either book the entire chalet or rent one or more individual rooms, which are part of the chalet. Please note that the entire chalet and the individual rooms cannot be booked simultaneously to avoid double bookings. If one or more rooms in the chalet are booked, the remaining rooms will be available for rental to other guests. Additionally, once any room has been booked, it is no longer possible to reserve the complete chalet. The maximum occupancy for Haus Thomas is 25 guests. Please ensure that your booking aligns with this limit. The chalet features a sunny balcony, ample surrounding space, and parking facilities. It has 9 well-appointed bedrooms, each with its own shower/WC, plus one small (children’s) room with just a sink. In addition to the Stube, most rooms also have a balcony. The spacious Stube is tastefully furnished. Breakfast is served in the Stube each morning, and it provides a cozy place to unwind in the afternoon and evening after a day on the slopes. Meals: Your stay includes a generous breakfast buffet, featuring coffee/tea, milk, fruit juice, cheese, cold cuts, jam, chocolate spread, yogurt, muesli, granola, cornflakes, bread rolls, eggs, and more. Your stay begins with breakfast the day after arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure. Please note that you cannot cook in the chalet yourself as there is no guest kitchen available. Linen: Upon arrival, your beds will be made, and towels (2 per person) will be provided. For stays of 5 nights or longer, towels will be changed midweek.

Just before reaching Sölden, you'll find the cozy village of Huben. It's an authentic village with quiet streets and squares, still untouched by large-scale tourism, while the expansive ski area (including a glacier) of Sölden and its bustling nightlife are nearby. The ski bus stops right in front of the house and takes you to the fast Giggijoch lift in Sölden in about 10 minutes (you can leave your boots and skis in the ski depot there, by the way).
