Our villa is in Perchtoldsdorf, a famous wine village in the south of Vienna. You live in a nice private room with private bathroom. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The shared kitchen, living area and terrace with garden view are also at your disposal. Our accommodation has its own lounge area by the pool to relax. In our bed and breakfast there is free Wi-Fi, flat-screen satellite TV, a washing machine a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. We serve a continental breakfast from 7:30 am to 9:00 am. After a day of hiking or cycling, you can relax in the garden or in the shared lounge. The center of Vienna is 16 km from the property and is easily reachable by the Liesing rapid-transit railway. Vienna Airport is 30 km from your private room in Perchtoldsdorf.

Perchtoldsdorf is a well-known wine village. Many typical taverns "Heurige" invite a good and cheap to eat and drink. There are also several coffeehouses, vegetarian cuisine with regional food, a typical Italian Enoteca, Spanish Tappas, the classic Italian with fresh fish and the one or other bar. In Perchtoldsdorf "BURGsaal" a very diverse cultural offer is played, which offers both concerts and large events. Our villa is located on the edge of the forest and invites you to long walks in the Vienna Woods but also by bike, the area can be explored well. Running or a walk through the vineyards will bring you a relaxing day. If you want to do sightseeing in Vienna, you can easily reach the center of Vienna from Liesing train station with the S-Bahn. To get to Schönbrunn you take the tram 60 from Rodaun. You can expect a varied adventure from our location.
