Welcome! We are Diana, Sven and Tilda Niesner, a family with passion for mountains. At the end of 2019 we fulfilled our wish for our own holiday apartment at Wilder Kaiser-Brixenthal / Kirchberg-Kitzbühel. We would be happy, if you also like our apartment and we can welcome you as our guest!

Property info

We have designed our apartment that nothing should be missing and you immediately feel comfortable. When it came to the equipment, we paid great attention to regionality and quality. For example, we had all woodwork done by a regional carpenter who. You will also find the bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, bed and sofa bed with high-quality mattresses and living- and bedroom with flat screen TV. There is a underground and outdoor parking space as well as a ski boot dryer and ski storage in a separate room.

Neighborhood info

In a quiet panoramic position, on the sunny side of Brixen, in the immediate vicinity of the slopes and the lift is our beautiful apartment, in a completed in December 2019 residential complex with 8 parties. Brixen is embedded in gentle grass mountains, in the middle of Brixental, only about 10 minutes by car from Kitzbühel. The connection between the largest connected ski area - the SkiWelt Wilder-Kaiser-Brixental and the Kirchberg-Kitzbühel ski area was created in Brixen. In summer Brixen offers a leisure facility with swimming pool, swimming lake, volleyball court, Kneipp facility, tennis courts, as well as an idyllic fishing pond. Especially popular is the Filzalmsee on Hochbrixen.
