A very warm welcome at the Landhaus Central in S?ll - located at the foot of the Wilder Kaiser - a famous film location! Our holiday home is a very unique object that offers all amenities and a warm and cosy atmosphere. In the warm weather season, you can enjoy your time on the spacious terrace and jump into the spacious, heated outdoor pool. You can also enjoy a bubble bath in the terrace whirlpool all year round - hence, a perfect accommodation for families, friends and colleagues, who want to spend an unforgettable holiday in Tirol. The house is located in the centre of the town, in a quiet corner, however. Shops, banks, pharmacies and numerous excellent restaurants cannot be reached within a few minutes by foot. The distance to the ski area is around one kilometre but there is a ski bus that takes you there for free. There are two ski lifts that transport you into the biggest ski area of Austria: the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental. Furthermore, S?ll has the longest night ski piste of Austria, which for sure is an experience itself. The piste is floodlit until 10:30 p.m. S?ll is a fantastic place for an unforgettable winter holiday, but thanks to the wonderful nature, the place is also very popular for summer holidays. The famous mountain adventure world Hexenwasser is a delight for families, there is a barefoot path and several water activities. Moreover, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Kitzb?hler Alpen.
