Pension Mozart is a small, character-rich guesthouse in Vienna’s 6th district (Mariahilf), set in a classic Viennese corner building from 1909. Behind the historic façade, you’ll find a calm, contemporary place designed for travellers who want to live “in the city” rather than just visit it. Our location in Theobaldgasse puts you right between two of Vienna’s most loved worlds: the culinary buzz of the Naschmarkt and the culture of the MuseumsQuartier—both within an easy stroll. Around the corner you’ll also discover one of the district’s hidden Art Nouveau gems, the Fillgraderstiege: a beautiful staircase connecting Theobaldgasse and Fillgradergasse and a favourite spot for a quick photo or an evening walk. Inside, Pension Mozart focuses on what makes a stay effortless: modern rooms, strong hygiene standards, and practical comfort. After a complete renovation (reopened in 2021), many guests especially appreciate the clean design, the quiet feel of the house, and the easy digital arrival. Selected room categories offer extra space and a kitchenette—ideal for longer stays, business trips, or anyone who likes a little independence. You’re close to the postcard Vienna—yet surrounded by cafés, small restaurants, design shops, galleries, and everyday Viennese life.
