The apartment is located in SKI Resort Nassfeld Sunnleiten on the 4th floor on the sunny side of the building. You can drink your favorite drink on the balcony and enjoy the sun with a view of the surrounding mountains. In the winter time it is a paradise for skiers becouse you are in the middle of a ski slope or you can take a walk around the surrounding pastures where you can meet cows and marmot in the summer time. The apartment is furnished in an Alpine style. It has two bedrooms with closets. The beds are comfortable and the mattresses are brand new. A living area with a kitchen and dining area and a living room is an open space where you can socialize, watch TV or prepare a delicious meal. The couch stretches into the bed. It's also brand new. The kitchen is small but you can find exactly what you need in it to cook a great meal. The bathroom and toilet are separate. There is a bathtub in the bathroom where you can prepare a relaxing bath in the winter after skiing or in the summer after hiking through the surrounding mountains. On the ground floor there is a room for ski equipment. Car parking is in the garage. The apartment is very cosy. Welcome!

In the summer season you can enjoy hiking, climbing, mountain biking around the beautiful landscape, fishing, swimming in the surrounding lakes, playing golf down in the valley, kayak and rafting adventure on the Gail river, NTC Outdoor Park adrenalin park, lama trekking, paragliding in Kirchbach, The GeoPark Carnic Alps (day programs with professional mountain and nature guides), mountaincoaster "Pendolino",... You can try authentic Austrian food in local restaurants. If you want you can go on a trip to Italy. Venice is only two hours away. On the Austrian and Italian border is the restaurant "Livio". They have a great spagetti with seafood.
