Designed and furnished by a leading interior specialist, each detail of the space has been carefully considered. Case in point, the open plan living and dining area, a superb space for entertaining and unwinding. A large comfortable sofa and chic dining table are bathed in light from the floor to ceiling windows affording gorgeous views over Lech and the breathtaking mountain scenery. The apartment has two en-suite bedrooms and two bedrooms which share a spacious bathroom. Additionally guests have access to a wonderful shared ski room with heated boot warmers.

Picturesque Lech is a mountain village and an exclusive ski resort in the Bludenz district in the Austrian state of Vorarlberg. The Nidus residence is set off from the main road into Lech in a quiet neighbourhood. There is a bus stop located just a five-minute walk from the building entrance and free buses pass every 20 minutes taking you into the village in minutes. Alternatively it is a short taxi ride into Lech where there are a number of excellent shops for all your equipment needs, as well as some wonderful restaurants and cosy bars. For those who enjoy a stroll, is is about an 12-minute walk into Lech. Located just one minute from the residence is the Lech sports centre which has a fully equipped gym and also features indoor climbing walls, tennis courts, table tennis and a bowling alley.
