This 4-star superior hotel is located in the heart of Traunkirchen and offers two restaurants, a spa area with an infinity pool and lake access with a private swimming area. Each room – some with lake views – features a coffee machine, TV, mini-bar (charges apply), safe, telephone and a bathroom with either a bath or shower, toilet and bathrobe. A hiking backpack is provided for the duration of the stay. In summer, guests can enjoy the private swimming area in nearby Riedl Park. Mountain bikes, e-bikes, kayaks and standup paddleboards are available to rent on site. A highlight of the hotel is the Rooftop BergSpa, offering panoramic views, an infinity pool, saunas, and tranquil relaxation areas – a unique wellness experience high above Lake Traunsee. Beauty treatments and massages are also available. Gmunden is a 15-minute drive away, Bad Ischl is 25 minutes by car, and Hallstatt can be reached in 40 minutes. Complimentary transfers to and from the nearby train station are available.
