Starting with the chalet in Tyrol, right next to the ski lift in the Spieljoch ski area, we are proud to be able to offer the Royal Swan Skyline Apartment on the high floor of the newly built Triiiple Tower in Vienna, 3rd district, since May 2022!

With a breathtaking view of the city centre, the Prater and the Danube River, the Triiiple Towers are without a doubt one of the most prestigious properties in Vienna. The Triiiple Tower has its own rooftop pool on the top floor of the skyscraper with a unique view over the whole of Vienna, concierge service, salon with library, event kitchen and barbecue lounge!
