Steiner Immobilien Group is a family-owned company, established over 60 years ago. Specializing in apartment rentals, the company was founded in Vienna in 1955. In 2017 the group began to renovate and rent the exclusive Steiner Residences in the centre of Vienna and Mödling. Combining traditional charm with stylish interior design, our modern city apartments are designed for sophisticated travellers looking for exclusive accommodation. Offering an affordable alternative to central hotels, all of our apartments are individually planned with beautiful modern furnishings and high-quality kitchens. Built on a foundation of a love for design and excellent service, it was our aim from the beginning to establish a high standard for our guests and make their stay as enjoyable as possible.

Our cozy apartments are located in Mödling, Lower Austria, just steps from the train station. The newly renovated apartments are lovingly furnished and offer everything you need to feel completely at home. The Apartments are designed and renovated as vacation apartments in June 2025 with the goal to offer utmost comfort. We have included all what one can need for a short and long-term stays in apartments, including free WIFI, Smart-TV, a well equipped kitchen and utensils, safe, hair dryer, and ironing facility. Welcome Drinks, Linens and Towels are included and the final cleaning fee is also included in the prices. We have a virtual reception available around the clock to our guests and also offer contactless check-in supported by electronic locks and use of access codes.

The central location makes our apartments the ideal base, whether you're traveling for business or want to explore Mödling and nearby Vienna. Restaurants, supermarkets, and beautiful walking trails in the Vienna Woods are in the immediate vicinity.
