Our apartment is well located, the sports fields, train station, and restaurants are within a 15-minute walk or less! This newly renovated, two-bedroom apartment has a spacious common area with a kitchen. Each bedroom has a closet and a nice wooden floor. This is the perfect location if you like hiking, biking, or skiing. The next ski resort is just a 15-minute drive away and within 30-45 minutes you can reach world-class resorts such as Soelden or St Anton.
Hallo, wir sind Isabelle & Dario wir sind zwei Jahre lang um die Welt gereist und haben dabei viele Leute kennen gelernt. Nach der Reise haben wir uns in dem kleinen Ort Stams niedergelassen, da er in der Nähe von vielen attraktiven Skigebieten liegt.
Restaurants, der Supermarkt und der Bahnhof sind fußläufig in 5 bis 10 min erreichbar. Die nächste größere Stadt Telfs ist 10 min mit dem Auto entfernt. In 30 min ist man mit dem Auto in Innsbruck, der Hauptstadt von Tirol. Mit dem Zug fährt man 37 min nach Innsbruck und 15 min nach Telfs. Wir haben einen großen Parkplatz vor dem Haus, ein kleiner Abschnitt ist mit einem Carport überdacht. Eine Steckdose am Parkplatz kann zum Aufladen von E-Autos verwendet werden.
