“Great location next to the river and 10 minutes walking to the center. Accommodation includes everything needed for a stay. The owner provides bikes or a paddleboard. Just in case, bring a bigger towel if you plan to go to swimming :)”

Durch den großen Garten, ist es auch ideal für Gäste mit Kinden und/oder Haustieren / Hunden. Die wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Traunfluß entspannt einem genauso, wie der 500 m Spaziergang an der Traunpromenade direkt ins historische Zentrum von Gmunden. Gratis Fahrradverleih (ebikes gegen Aufpreis). Wir betreiben am Ort ein Fahrradgeschäft und helfen Ihnen gerne bei der Tourenplanung. KOSTENFREIE Gästeparkplätze und Check In bis 22 Uhr macht es auch für Spätanreisende attraktiv. The NEWLY RENOVATED apartment are located in a historic commercial building (mill) and is characterized by its absolute QUIET LOCATION, within walking distance to the Traun river with bathing facilities, GARDEN and TERRACE. The beautiful view to the Traun River is just as relaxing as the 500 m walk along the "TraunwalkingPath" straight into the historic center of Gmunden. FREE car parking and check-in until 10 p.m. also makes it attractive for late arrivals. Free bicycle Rental (ebikes additional fee), and guided tours in owners bike shop in the city center.
