Property info

Welcome to your luxurious home away from home! Our house is in walking distance to the lake and the mountains. The original house has been renovated reusing its old beams and furniture and mixing it with high end modern elements. Each studios features a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy sitting area and luxurious bathrooms. The top unit is a loft and has its own spacious balcony. All units have an access to an outdoor patio in the back. The local parking is 2 minutes away from the house and costs 4.50 euro per day. Longer stays will get parking permits. Minimum stay is 4 nights. We offer weekly and very attractive monthly rates. The keys to the studios are in separate key boxes. Our guests will get the detailed information after the bookings are confirmed. Local tourism tax is 3.50 Euros per night and per person and will be charged separately.

Neighborhood info

Our house is located in the historical Center of St Gilgen on the Wolfgangsee. The whole of Salzkammergut including Mondsee, Attersee, Traunsee with cute Traunkirchen and the charming town of Gmunden, iconic Hallstatt, and Salzburg are all within a day trip from our place. Explore the stunning mountains hiking, take a walk around Fuschlsee See, rent a bike to tour the Wolfgangsee, or enjoy the lake on a SUP, windsurfing or sailing. The village has two supermarkets in walking distance and plenty of breakfast, lunch and dinner options.
