Our house with 2 separate bedrooms, free parking space and green courtyard is your perfect home for your short- or middle-term stay in Vienna`s centre! The property is ideally located just 5 min. walking distance from the Stadtpark and 10 min. from Wien MItte (metro line U3 and direct connection to the airport) away. We have a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine as well as washing machine with dryer.
The house is located just 5 min. from the Stadtpark (city centre) and 10 min. from Wien Mitte (metro station U3 with direct connection to Stephansplatz and direct connection to the airport). Where to eat: You will find many cafés and stylish restaurants at the green market Rochusmarkt and on the Landstrasser Hauptstrasse, like Café Rochus, Lingenhel or Ströck Feierabend Groceries: Billa on Ungargasse 52 or Merkur in the mall POST AM ROCHUS at Rochusplatz 1, Green Market Rochusmarkt next to metro station Rochusgasse Shopping Center WIEN MITTE – THE MALL at Landstrasser Hauptstrasse 1b or POST AM ROCHUS at Rochusplatz 1
