This two-story house features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a guest WC, accommodating up to five guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), three smart TVs, heating, and air conditioning. The highlight is the private outdoor area with a heated pool (usable from 23.03. to 31.10.), garden, two open terraces, a balcony, and a barbecue. Please note: In April and October, pool water temperature is max. about 20°C. For warmer swimming, we recommend visiting between May and September. Stephansplatz, the main train station, and the City Air Terminal with trains to the airport are reachable by public transport in about 25 minutes. Parking is available on the property, and street parking is also possible. Families with children are welcome. One pet is allowed for an extra fee. Smoking and parties are not permitted. Please observe quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00. The property follows recycling guidelines and is equipped with energy- and water-saving features. The local tax in Vienna is calculated as a percentage of the accommodation cost and must be paid on site.
