Hello and welcome to the stunning Seewinkel! I’m BALU – a cozy 30 m² tiny house, thoughtfully crafted by Wohnwagon (wohnwagon.at) using natural materials and designed with love. Sustainability is at the heart of everything here: I’m powered by the sun, and my eco-friendly composting toilet helps conserve water. When the weather gets chilly, my wood pellet stove creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. Outside, my spacious terrace is perfect for unwinding, and the garden is full of little surprises waiting to be discovered. Like the beautiful Seewinkel itself, I’m a destination worth visiting in every season. Come and experience comfort and charm – I can’t wait to host you!

I’m located in a peaceful spot, tucked away in a cozy courtyard next to a horse paddock. You can watch the chickens roaming around in the neighbours garden. From here, you can easily set out on relaxing walks or bike rides. For breathtaking sunsets, just head out 5 minutes by car to "Darscho"/Warmsee – it’s the perfect spot. If you’re feeling hungry or thirsty, you’re in luck! Apetlon’s finest winemakers, charming wine taverns, and the award-winning restaurant "Zum fröhlichen Arbeiter" (named "Best Restaurant of the Year 2022") are all nearby and ready to welcome you. A short 5-minute walk brings you to a small supermarket and a bakery, so you’ll have everything you need in the neighborhood. There are also plenty of amazing attractions nearby, such as the Apetlon swimming lake, Lake Neusiedl, St. Martins Therme, the Mörbisch Festival, and the Lange Lacke National Park – just to name a few of the beautiful spots around here. 😍
