In the heart of Tyrol, Kirchbichl is an ideal starting point for day excursions to Innsbruck, Kitzbühel and Ziller Valley. The over 100-year-old townhouse has been newly renovated, tastefully furnished and is suitable especially for families. The house was newly renovated. The decor is tasteful and cheerful. We tried to restore and maintain the old and venerable. On the ground floor is in addition to a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with TV and a tiled stove. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and 1 piano room. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub, what is especially soothing after a long day of hiking or a ski tour. In addition, 2 guest toilets and a washing drying machine are available. All beds are equipped with fresh, white hotel bedding. Books and several toys for children, are available on-site. The house is located in the centre of Kirchbichl and is an ideal starting point for mountain hikes, bicycle tours or simply relax in the magnificent nature of Tyrol as a townhouse.

After booking, our guests will receive a code to the "key-box" (safety deposit box) on the house, inside you will find the house key. During your stay, our guest are welcome to contact us by phone or email for further questions and assistance at any time.

The crystal clear mountain lakes that have sometimes even drinking water quality are particularly beautiful. Who wants to stay in the vicinity, can use the moor beach bath, soccer field, playground, tennis and volleyball court in the village Kirchlichl. They are only 5 minutes on foot from the townhouse. In winter, all kinds of winter sports, in particular skiing is anywhere possible in the region of Ski World Wilder Kaiser. By car it is only a few minutes to the nearest ski lift. There is plenty of public parking space in front of the house, these are free of charge. Simply across the street is your modern and regional supermarket. Next door there is a traditional and good sorted household goods store. For our guests who arrive by train, we recommend to choose Kirchbichl or Woergl or Kufstein as a final destination to travel, from there we kindly ask you to take the bus or a taxi to drive the last piece.
