A Heritage listed original bank managers residence above the old bank. Originally built by the Queensland National Bank in 1891. First floor accommodation inclusive of two bedrooms to choose from. (The Endeavour River View or the Balcony View) There's a large kitchen/dining room, drawing room with large flat screen TV, spacious bathroom/toilet, balcony & laundry facilities. The apartment is furnished with shabby-chic antiques and an eclectic mix of memorabilia.
Right in the middle of Cooktown on Charlotte Street. Lovely street views from the balcony, overlooking Cooktown streetscape, the Endeavour River, distant hills, amazing sunsets and all within walking distance to parks, restaurants, pubs, clubs, museums and waterfront walks.
