In the heart of the home you will find a lovely open plan living and entertaining area with floor to ceiling sliding doors opening out to back yard making a seamless transition to alfresco living. The kitchen and dining area is perfectly positioned offering a direct visual of the back yard and comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, stylish crockery, glassware, cutlery and ample bench room. Lounge area complete with a large flat screen tv compatible to watch Netflix, Stan, Disney, Kayo and Prime offering a nice outlook over the beautifully manicured garden. Normanville has a striking stretch of coastline where the rounded hills of the Fleurieu Peninsula plunge down to the sea. The township is nestled between the hills and the pristine dunes. The beach is strikingly clean with clear water and fine white sand and is a very popular beach for families because of this.
