Decore and the staff were excellent

I got in late after hours & the reception staff were lovely & accommodating on the desk - both on arrival & departure. Property was smaller than i thought but very welcoming, reception area was quiet modern, nice & clean. Value was amazing for the room i stayed in, i loved it.

Pool, facilities, breakfast and beds

The best service ever! Pascal in F&B is top notch and first class. He made sure that we were happy with our meals and also suggested different places for us to visit. The team in the restaurant especially Gogo and Fema made our breakfast meals truly enjoyable.

The location was central to trams, buses and shopping. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

I stay here often when i come to Adelaide. Comfy big bed , clean, coffee maker and pods , tea , views are great on the upper levels hill's or city. Good communication, . Great value. Recommend

Friendly welcome for a tired and irritated traveller after many delays in transit.

Staff was super accommodating with my baggage drop, carrying my heavy luggage up the stairs, and letting me change out of my clothes after my arrival to access the room before it was ready. Everything was properly secured and placed inside my bedroom when I returned in the evening. The hotel is in a comfortable, quiet little spot that wasn't a difficult walk to anything and close enough to food spots to run out and come back.

The restaurant on site was fabulous with great service, friendly staff and delicious meals. They really went the extra mile. I was super impressed with how wheelchair-friendly the building was.

Stayed for two weeks over two weekends. The location is towards the end of Hindley Street, but very walkable to the mall and Oval. You can reach it from the airport with the city bus or a taxi ($22) It is surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops etc in a busy area. A previous review had said the area was seedy, I walked home on a Friday nite at 11;30 and found it safe, though there was clearly a clubbing crowd out and about. I used an e scooter for alot of my time there. The room was spacious (11) and had everything I needed. There was very little noise. The only noise I had was from the internal stairwell door opening and closing as patrons came in on the Saturday nite. Otherwise very little noise. The room had everything I needed and I grabbed some stuff from the kitchen to eat from and etc. The washing machine worked well, though the dryer was not working. There is a laundromat very close by that I used the second week I was there. Water pressure was good and hot water plentiful The bed was big and comfortable, and the room had a cool little table, hanging rack, some fake plants and nice touches to give it a vibe. I added some fairy lights and I was set. Airconditioning and heating worked very well. Julie checked me in and was fabulously helpful throughout my stay. She never failed to answer a question or assist me.

This was a great hotel, very close to everything in central Adelaide, the M Club King Room was luxurious and very comfortable. The room came with Lounge Access, which provided very good value and was comfortable.

Nice and tidy room, on site parking, breakfast, got everything we need. Also thanks for remembering us as return customers.

Staff went above & beyong helping this guest with luggage hauling up and down stairs which I heard was most appreciated.

Comfortable room, delicious breakfast, guest laundry and fitness room are available, we love the Holiday Inn Express Hotels

The front desk staff came out to help with luggages. Very helpful as we were travelling with an infant
