This freshly built 4 bedroom 2 bathroom tastefully decorated marina home welcomes you to spend your Ningaloo Reef getaway in comfort and luxury. The well-equipped home offers breathtaking views over the canal waters, free Wi-Fi and a fantastic atmosphere for the whole family to relax in. The home presents polished concrete floors, an open plan kitchen, dining and living area overlooking the canal and a big TV with leather lounges for the ultimate entertainment experience. Free Wi-Fi is provided across the home. The modern kitchen is decked out in stainless steel appliances. The coffee lovers will adore the Lavazza pod machine (please bring your own pods). The 4 bedrooms accommodate 12 guests with a King size bedroom, two Queen size bedrooms and a 4th bedroom with three Single size bunks. All bedrooms have TVs and built-in robes. Right next to the bedrooms is the spacious luxe family bathroom with a double shower, a bath and a double vanity. The laundry is equipped with a washer and a dryer. There is parking space for 4 vehicles, including one trailer. Sorry no pets and strictly no smoking inside this property. Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am.
