The well-equipped kitchen makes self-catering easy, with modern appliances, including a coffee pod machine for easy mornings. The expansive outdoor entertaining area is the home's standout feature. Overlooking the sparkling private pool and landscaped gardens, the covered patio creates a seamless extension of the indoor living space. Spend sunny days swimming, fire up the Weber BBQ for alfresco meals, or relax on the sun loungers and hammock in the tropical breeze. Shade sails provide cooling shade, while the fully fenced yard offers a secure space for children and pets to play. Four well-appointed bedrooms provide a comfortable retreat at day's end. The primary bedroom features a king bed, built-in robes, and a private ensuite, while two additional bedrooms offer queen beds. The fourth bedroom includes two king single beds that can be combined into a queen on request. A central family bathroom with a shower and bathtub, plus a separate laundry with washer and dryer, adds convenience for longer stays. Split-system air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout ensure year-round comfort. The driveway provides off-street parking for two vehicles, plus room for a caravan or boat. Please note that the garage is not available for guest use. An AUD 120 fee applies to stays with pets.
