This rental unit comprises three parts: the room, the lounge room, and the bathroom. These three parts are adjacent to each other, located near the entrance of the house. Our own family uses the remaining space on the ground floor （including the kitchen, laundry room, and study room）and second floor. This space is not shared with guests. The guests' area will be separated from our space by a divider. Our house is located in the centre of Unanderra, which is very convenient. 5 minutes walk. to town centre, Woolworths 10 minutes walk. to Train Station. 12 minutes drive. to Wollongong city Wollongong harbour This room has a king single-size bed with elegant appearance. The house is newly built, so please take care to keep it clean. Guests enter through the front door by entering a password into the electronic lock. It's very simple and convenient. No early check in or late check out. Please park your car on the driveway or on the side of the road in front of the house. Please keep quiet after 9:30 pm since we have young school-aged children at home.
