Made for luxury holidays with family and friends. Mesmerising ocean and sunset views. Resort-style pool lounge and BBQ dining terrace. Designer styling. Huge sofa and comfy lounge with 75" TV. 10-seat indoor and outdoor dining tables, plus breakfast bar. Large family kitchen with high-end cooking appliances. Upstairs games lounge, with ocean-view balcony. 2 suites with ensuite bathrooms and walk-in robes. Walking distance to beach, pubs, cafes, restaurants, and a 24hr supermarket. ⚠️⚠️ No visitors, local events, or parties ⚠️⚠️ ● No loud noise after 10pm. Noise monitors and external CCTV monitor 24/7. Loss of deposit and termination of stay may result in certain circumstances. ● Maximum of 3 vehicles parked onsite, and street parking is prohibited. (2 cars in garage, 1 car on private driveway directly in front of the garage door) ● To confirm your stay you will need to sign our rental agreement including the code of conduct. ● There is also a required security deposit which will be authorised separately before check-in. ● You will need to complete ID verification. This is to prevent fraudulent activity. Separate to any other booking process.
