Close to Public Transport 20 mins to Train or Bus to City Centre or Adelaide Oval. * 8 minute drive to Brighton Beach, * 5 minute drive to Marion Swim Centre. * 9 minute drive to Flinders Medical Centre and University. * 10 minute drive to Glenelg Beach. Close to Cycle Paths & Mountain Bike Trails. Close to Marion Park, Flagstaff Hill, West Beach & Glenelg Golf Clubs, Mclaren Vale Wineries 30 minute Gateway to Fleurieu Peninsular famous Willunga Market, South Coast & Victor Harbour. Quiet Locationn & good BBQ area Overseas visitors very welcome & Airport Pickups can be arranged No parking issues has 2 lock up garages one with drive thru good for towing trailer or boat
I welcome guests to visit my house along with my husband of 48 years. We are retired and excited about our new venture and both enjoy travelling and I like to play golf whilst my husband enjoys his man cave
The house is situated in a quiet street and 2 minutes either direction are parks. One park has tennis courts and cricket pitch whilst the other has playground equipment
