Her efficiency and behind-the-scenes coordination ensure that everything runs smoothly for both guests and property owners. • Crystal – Senior Holiday Let Manager With extensive experience in the holiday rental market, Crystal is your go-to expert for finding the perfect holiday home. She manages the day-to-day operations of our holiday let portfolio with professionalism and care. • Gaye – Residential Property Manager Gaye brings dedication and expertise to the management of our long-term rental properties, ensuring tenants and owners receive attentive, professional service. Whether you’re planning your next holiday or need a reliable team to manage your investment property, you’re in excellent hands with Premium Realty. We require a 30% deposit to secure the booking which will incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. The balance is due 40 days before arrival/ Payments can be made via bank transfer or we can do card payments which incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. We do require card details for holding of the security bond, we will charge a security bond of 500AUD the day before check in. If you cancel the booking outside the 40 days the deposit will be refunded (this does not include the 1.5% surcharge fee)

The adjoining dining area is perfect for family gatherings. Comfortable Living Spaces Amity Place features two beautifully furnished lounge areas, offering ample space for everyone to unwind. Whether you prefer to curl up with a book, watch your favorite TV shows, or enjoy a board game with family and friends, our lounges provide the ideal setting. Bedrooms The house offers four well-appointed bedrooms to accommodate your family and friends: • Master bedroom with king bed and ensuite • Two bedrooms with queen beds, designed for utmost comfort. • Two single beds in the fourth bedroom, perfect for children or additional guests. A main bathroom serves the other bedrooms, ensuring convenience and privacy for all guests. For your comfort, the house is equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, providing a pleasant environment regardless of the weather. A separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is available, making it easy to keep up with your holiday wardrobe. Outdoor Entertaining Amity Place offers an outdoor entertaining area, a perfect spot to relax at the end of the day. Comfortable outdoor seating invites you to enjoy the evening breeze. An outdoor shower is available for a refreshing rinse after a swim. Swimming Pool Our lovely fenced-in swimming pool offers a safe and enjoyable space for both adults and children to cool off and have fun. Swimming towels are provided for your stay. Parking is available on the premises. Please be aware this property has 24 hour CCTV located out the front and back of the propert, however only the FRONT CCTV is active.

Pre-Order Platter Service For a special touch to your stay with us, we offer a pre-order service of meat, seafood, savoury and breakfast platters. These must be ordered three business days prior to your arrival. Please note there will be no weekend deliveries. Your selected platter will be freshly prepared with local produce and waiting in the fridge for you upon check-in—an effortless way to begin your stay.
