A quick stroll to Mooloolaba Esplanade, this 2 bedroom unit is very well located and low priced. No stairs to climb, on the ground floor with canal views, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, and 2 TVs. With air conditioning in the main bedroom and living areas. Lovely canal outlook. 1 Queen bed, 1 double bed and a futon, sleeps 5 Carport No pontoon but you could easily bring your tinny, or just cast off from your balcony (fishing rod provided for your entertainment). You may hire beach towels from directly G1 Holidays. Keys to be collected and returned to our office in Mooloolaba - Check in 2pm (outside of busy periods only) to 9pm. Check outs by 10am Please note that this property has a strict no function/party policy. This property does not accept schoolies/school leavers bookings.
