2 bedroom, 2 bathroom stunner with killer views of the river and across the road from the beach. Just a lovely short stroll to Mooloolaba Esplanade, many restaurants, cafes and shops, fresh seafood restaurants, playgrounds, and parks. With Air conditioning and fans throughout, direct access to the river with large grass area idea for kids, a mini Webber BBQ, and outdoor dining for complete relaxation. De longhi coffee machine, books and games. A King bed with its ensuite and 2 Singles to accommodate 4 guests. This complex is secure, and small, and has a lift and lock-up garage for 1 vehicle. You may hire beach towels directly from G1 Holidays. Please note that this property has a strict no function/party policy and does not accept schoolies/school leavers bookings.

Take a 5 minute stroll along the boardwalk to arrive at Mooloolaba Esplanade with its restaurants, cafes and shops, while just as close in the other direction are the fresh seafood markets, yacht club, playgrounds and parks.
