Our family live in the main house upstairs so some noise will be heard however we are quiet and respect your privacy. No garage for guest use but there are many free off street parking in front of the house and our street is quiet street. Please note the outdoor pool is shared with us and its not heated pool so water can be cold which u might not be able to swim in cold weather. There are bus stop on Francis Greenway Drive 3 mins walk from this property, take you to Castle Hill Station/Castle Towers, Cherrybrook metro train station is fast train take you to other metro train station or city central. 1st bedroom: 1 queen bed and built in wardrobe 2nd bedroom: 2 queen beds and standing wardrobe 1 Sofa bed need to request in advance and only provide if you book for large group 1 full bathroom with standing shower and 1 extra toilet in laundry room. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, plates, bowls, cutlery, crockery, cups and glasses. The combine kitchen and lounge room has smart TV, sofa, dinning table and chairs. There is a separate laundry room with iron, iron board, washing machine, no dryer and 2nd toilet. Free WIFI. No air-conditioner, no dryer, we provide portable fans during summer and portable heaters during winter. This unit is underneath a house so it’s very cool, no need air-conditioner.
