Apartments on Grey overlook the main street in Glen Innes giving views to the beautiful architecture of heritage buildings and the daily activity in the street below. They are decorated with outstanding art works and tastefully furnished for maximum comfort. Each apartment can be configured as a double or a twin share, though 24 hours notice is required for twin share.
Since changing careers a couple of years ago to manage The Premier Store in Glen Innes I have found the time to follow a passion of restoring an old building. It served the purpose of giving back to the Glen Innes community, employing local tradesmen and supporting local businesses while at the same time creating the beautiful Apartments on Grey.
Gateway to several National Parks and nature reserves for walkers and lovers of birdwatching. Located high on The Great Dividing Range where you can experience all four seasons. Home of The Australian Standing Stones and The Australian Celtic Festival hosted each May. A great location for Gem lovers wanting to visit Minerama, the largest gem and jewellery show in Australia, The Emmaville mining Museum or try your luck at various sapphire fossicking sites. Enjoy country scenery on the old scenic route called Fossicker's Way. For foodies there's The Super Strawberry, deepwater craft beer, Wright Robertson winery and Topper's Mountain Winery as well as numerous interesting coffe shops. A great location for trout fishermen as well.
