The security deposit will be returned via OSKO into the guest's nominated bank account on inspection of the apartment after check out. Alternatively the security deposit can be paid and refunded via credit card however, this attracts a 2.3% merchant fee which is nonrefundable.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of AUD 250 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded by bank transfer if there's no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out.
