This luxury artist apartment (60sq m) is tastefully and comfortably appointed. It has a bedroom with built in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom, lounge room, kitchen. It has lots of natural light and an outdoor sitting area. It is cool and has ceiling fans. It is situated in a quiet leafy suburb. Tallows Beach is 4 minutes away by car and the town centre is 7 minutes away. Taxis and Uber are available. There is a small shopping centre with bottle shop, restaurants, supermarket and great baker nearby.
Kate and David have been married for 28 years and have two grown up sons. They moved from Sydney to Byron Bay over 30 years ago. Kate is an interior designer and David is an advertising photographer. They have a lot of local knowledge and will be able to help you with almost any questions you have about where to go or what to see and where to eat.
We are situated in a quiet leafy suburb with plenty of amenities close by. There is a coffee cart and a great convenience store at the end of our street, its next to a large park, skate park and lake. If you walk up the hill from the house you enter a quiet secluded rainforested area with houses dotted in amongst the trees. Tallows Beach is 4 minutes away by car and the town centre is 7 minutes away. Taxis and Uber are available. There is a small shopping centre with bottle shop, restaurants, supermarket and great baker nearby.
