Top floor penthouse 3 bedroom apartment in the heart of South West Rocks with a large balcony, gas BBQ and ocean views. This property is air-conditioned with an open plan living and dining area and a well equipped kitchen. This property has modern appliances and Wi-Fi available. There is an internal laundry equipped with both a washer & dryer. The main bedroom has an ensuite and walk-in robe, while the other two rooms are twin share. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is also a secure space for 2 cars. Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting so you will need to bring your own (sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels & tablecloths). You will also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap & dish washing liquid etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive the contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email. Please note that this property does take only Saturday to Saturday bookings until 5 weeks before the date of the booking.
