Enjoy breathtaking 180-degree views of Australian coastline. This private, newly-renovated, studio apartment in our large home is centrally located, beautifully presented and situated facing north on the edge of the Bilgola Plateau escarpment. Step out onto your own private deck and enjoy a spectacular 180-degree, north-facing ocean panorama. Savour your breakfast basking in the Australian sunshine year round (even in winter) after taking a refreshing dip in your very own solar-heated swimming pool. You'll wake up to the sun and the sound of laughing kookaburras and watch the moon rise over the Tasman at night while being lulled to sleep listening to the surf as it rolls onto Bilgola Beach.
Having discovered Sydney and the northern beaches in 1988 and falling in love with the area, we made the daring decision to emigrate to Australia with our young family in 1990 and ever since, love nothing better than to share this wonderful part of the world with others. We try to work from home as much as we can, Jack as a graphic designer/musician and Di for a corporate travel company... though her work takes her into the Sydney CBD about twice a week. We enjoy meeting at Zubi's Cafe on Bilgola beach for a great morning coffee after we've walked the pooch and gone for a dip in the water. We're very respectful of your privacy but are always available should you need any advice, have any questions or need assistance of any kind.
Avalon Horizons is located on the Northern Beaches of Sydney (45 minutes by express bus to the CBD during peak times) — a lushly vegetated area with great bush walks and outlooks and considered to be one of Australia's most beautiful areas. LOCATION: Convenient to everything… Avalon Horizons is centrally located to take advantage of all the attractions Sydney's Northern Beaches are famous for, including some of Australia's finest beaches, beautiful bush walks, exclusive shopping, trendy cafes & restaurants and more. Just a 45 minute drive to Sydney, 10 minutes to Palm Beach and within walking distance to Avalon and Newport cafes as well as Bilgola and Newport beaches. There is plenty of on street parking.
