Welcome to "Avoca Beach and Bush" your escape to tranquility. We hope you enjoy your time at our studio set amongst the bush and only a short 3 minute drive to Avoca Beach. We are close to restaurants, beaches, scenic walks and water activities. "Avoca Beach and Bush" is only 1 hour 15 minutes from Sydney CBD. A 20 minute walk to Avoca Beach or 3 minutes by car.
I am a teacher who loves to travel. I live at Avoca Beach and enjoy swimming and meeting new people.
"Avoca Beach and Bush" is a separate studio apartment with a large room and separate bathroom on 7 acres. A completely private studio where you can enjoy breakfast on the patio, and relax in the morning sun and perhaps be visited by wallabies, horses and a variety of bird life. Of an evening relax under a canopy of light as you watch the colourful sunsets while enjoying the outdoor fire pit. Private access with ample off road parking with room for boat and caravan if you would like a night of luxury. Our beautiful Avoca Beach can cater for all your needs but if you need a large shopping centre Erina Fair is only 15 minutes away. Our local beaches are magnificent with Copacabana, MacMasters, Terrigal, North Avoca and Avoca nearby. Bouddi National Park also only 15 minutes drive, where you can enjoy an adventurous walk down to Maitland Bay - which is truly breathtaking.
