The house features a large entertainer's kitchen, 2 dining areas and a cosy open living area with soft plush sofas. Please note: This property has a strict policy that only guests staying at the house are permitted on the property. Visitors are not permitted. Strictly no parties at this property - please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken. Where will I be? Avonlea is located a 10 minute drive from Bowral's restaurants, cafes and shops. The surrounding towns of Mittagong, Berrima and Moss Vale, as well as local wineries and key wedding venues are also all within easy driving distance. Why choose Avonlea? The area caters for all interests as you can explore cafes, restaurants, historical pubs and numerous towns and villages. Or if you are more adventurous, take a beautiful country drive through the rolling hills of the area, explore a waterfall, or do a bushwalk in one of the nearby national parks!
