Located just footsteps from the sand and within easy reach of everything Avoca Beach has to offer, it’s the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.
Bedroom 1 features a cozy queen-size bed, while Bedroom 2 offers a double bed and a single bed, complete with ample cupboard space. The stylish living room boasts a Smart TV, a comfortable chaise lounge, and a dining table for family meals or game nights.
The compact yet fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, ceramic cooktop, and a combined microwave/convection oven, plus a Breville Barista Pro for your morning coffee (BYO beans).
Step outside to the inviting outdoor space, featuring a Weber BBQ, large table with ample seating, perfect for alfresco dining or unwinding after a day at the beach. Avoca Village is ideal for families and those that love the beach. There is a great kids rock pool, as well as a patrolled beach area with a surf club. Just off the beach is a fantastic kid’s playground, and plenty of cafes along the beach. A short walk & you'll find yourself in the main street of Avoca with many more cafes, restaurants and boutique stores. You can even take in a movie at the heritage Avoca Beach Picture Theatre.
Other activities in Avoca Beach include stand up paddle boarding, paddle boat hire in the lake, tennis court hire, surfing & surfing lessons, bush walking, beach and also lake fishing.
Every fourth Sunday of the month Avoca Beachside Markets are held from 9am – 2pm at Heazlett Park Foreshore with a range of pop up stalls, markets and food stores.
