With spectacular views of the Sunshine Coast and Pacific Ocean beyond, BALMORAL575 is situated on Balmoral Ridge just 5 kms from the town of Maleny. This four bedroom home has been beautifully styled with Mediterranean flavours of Moroccan rugs and original artworks from around the world, an open fireplace and high ceilings that frame panoramic views from bedrooms and living spaces The 13 metre solar heated lap pool is positioned at the precipice of a split level deck with sun lounges, seating and dining facilities, overlooking the subtropical rainforest of the hinterland. Balmoral575 house features 3 queen bedrooms, 1 double bedroom and 2 bathrooms and accommodates eight people in sophisticated comfort, and with the the proximity to wedding venues, it is positioned perfectly for romantic stays or family getaways.

You will be welcomed on arrival by Angus, who will introduce you to the house and advise you of local interests.

The house has a sealed entry road from the Maleny / Montville rd with a double car lock up garage for our house guests.
