This spacious and well appointed family home in Sorell offers a comfortable and private setting ideal for families, groups and longer stays. Featuring beautiful bay and mountain views, generous indoor and outdoor living areas, and a private outdoor spa, the home is designed for relaxing and spending quality time together. Conveniently located close to shops, cafés, Hobart Airport and major Tasmanian attractions, it provides the perfect base to explore the region. The open plan living and dining area is bright and welcoming, with large windows capturing the surrounding views. Guests can enjoy comfortable seating, a large Smart TV, wood heater, and heating and cooling for year round comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and all essential cookware and utensils, making it ideal for family meals and extended stays. The home accommodates families and groups with four well appointed bedrooms, including a master bedroom with king bed and ensuite, two queen bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds. Quality linen and towels are provided. There are 2.5 bathrooms in total, including a main bathroom with shower and bathtub, plus complimentary toiletries. Outdoors, guests can unwind in the private spa, enjoy BBQ facilities, relax around the fire pit, or take advantage of the fully fenced yard suitable for children and pets. A washing machine and dryer are also available for added convenience. The outdoor spa is a standard residential model and is not pre heated prior to arrival. Heating occurs at approximately 1.5 to 2 degrees per hour and may take several hours to reach full temperature if starting from cold.
