"Please be advised that roof and stairwell ceiling works will begin on Monday, 5 January 2026. Scaffolding will be installed, and access to the top floor of the affected stairwells will be restricted for safety during this period. The renovation works are scheduled to finish by 16 February 2026, though scaffolding may remain until the end of February for inspections and removal."
