A Perfect Stay was created as a result of our highly successful holiday accommodation business, Byron Bay Holiday Rentals, which was founded in 2004 in the Byron Shire. Initially operating in and around the Byron Bay region, the demand grew for expansion into other areas and A Perfect Stay was born. A Perfect Stay now manages over 300 private and elegant homes in many parts of Australia - including Byron Bay, Tweed Coast, Lennox Head, and Scotts Head in New South Wales, plus the Gold Coast, Melbourne and Mornington Peninsula.

Stylishly furnished and located in private bush setting with a north facing covered deck which captures the sun and a nice breeze. Just 7 kilometres from Byron Bay town centre. Flexible sleeping arrangements, Sleeping up to 8 people; 1 bedroom with a king bed, 2 rooms with queen beds and the other with 2 king singles (which can be used separately or put together as a king sized bed). Perfect for larger groups consisting of families or couples. Pets welcome. The living areas feature open plan living with timber floors, Microwave, Dishwasher, free Wi-Fi internet, coffee pod machine, CD player, Washing Machine, Dryer, Gas BBQ, landscaped gardens and double carport. There's also a Smart TV, so guests can log into Netflix or their favourite streaming service using their own account. IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION: a 50% deposit will be charged at the time of booking, otherwise full payment is required if arriving within 30 days. To process a booking, we require a guest's identification, personal email address and mobile phone number no later than 7 days after booking, or by the last business day prior to the arrival date; whichever is earliest. If we are unable to verify the guest’s identification and details we will, unfortunately, be unable to confirm the booking. Please note, check-in and check-out is not permitted on Christmas Day (25 December).
